Indian Institute of Management is all set to conduct the CAT 2023 examination. The Examination is scheduled for November 2023 at nearly 400 exam centres in 155 test cities. IIM CAT Admit Card for this exam is to be released in the first week of November.
The Common Admission Test is one of the most competitive entrance tests in India. CAT examination is conducted for admission to the Master in Business Administration course in top-level colleges in India including Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). Every year lakhs of students participate in this examination against a limited number of seats.
CAT 2023 Exam Date has been declared by the officials and CAT Admit Card for this exam is to be released on 07 November at 05:00 PM. The students who have applied for the CAT examination and waiting for the Admit Card can download it through the official portal of IIM CAT which is iimcat.ac.in. The candidates have to enter their registration and password details in order to download their IIM CAT Admit Card.

This year, CAT Notification was issued in the month of July 2023. The Indian Institute of Management invited online applications from interested students from 02 August to 21 September 2023. After the completion of the registration process, the department issued the Exam Date for CAT 2023.
CAT 2023 Exam Date
IIMs has scheduled the Common Admission Test for the month of November 2023. The examination will be completed in one day on 26 November 2023. The Board will conduct the examination in three shifts; 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
CAT Exam Pattern

- The paper will be divided into three sections.

- A total of 66 questions will be asked in this examination.
- Each question will be asked for 3 marks.
- There will be a negative marking of -1 mark for each wrong answer opted by the participants.
- A time duration of 2 hours will be given to complete the examination.

IIM CAT Hall Ticket Details
CAT Admit Card is to be live on 07 November on the official website. The candidates who are going to appear in the entrance test can download their hall tickets through the same portal. The CAT Hall Ticket will contain certain information like the name of the candidates, father’s name, registration number, time and venue of the exam. The aspirants are advised to check all the details given in the hall ticket. If you find any mistake in your admit card then you can contact the officials using their helpline.
Exam Day Instructions
- Don’t wear any jewellery or clothes with metal.
- Avoid shoes with thick soles and clothes with big buttons when going to the exam hall.
- Leave your mobile phones, gadgets, watches, calculators, pens, wallets, and glasses at home. They are not allowed in the exam hall.
- You don’t need to bring your own pen. They will provide one in the exam hall for any rough work you need to do during the CAT exam.
- Make sure you reach the exam hall at the time mentioned on your CAT admit card.
- Don’t sign your CAT admit card before the exam. You should sign it in front of the exam supervisor during the CAT exam.

How to Download IIM CAT Admit Card 2023?
The candidates can Download CAT Admit Card through the official website of IIM CAT. You can follow the steps given below to download your hall tickets.
- Open the official website of IIMCAT which is iimcat.ac.in.
- Then on the home page click on the link to download the admit card.
- Now enter your login details.
- After that, you will see an option to download your admit card.
- Now Download it and take a printout of it.
