The Bihar School Examination Board is planning to conduct the Bihar Special School Teacher Eligibility Test 2023-24. A large number of applicants have applied for this test and waiting for the announcement of the examination date. The BSSTET Exam Date is not yet announced by the Board.
Candidates can download the BSSTET Admit Card through the official web portal of the board at www.bsebstet.com. The board issued the BSSTET Dummy Admit Card in January 2024. Applicants can download their dummy admit cards by using their mobile number and password. A direct link to download these admit cards is added below.
These dummy admit cards provide a facility to the applicants. They can download the BSSTET Dummy Admit Card and verify the details mentioned on it. If the applicants find any error in their personal details, they can easily edit these details up to 07 January 2024. Once the final Admit Cards for the BSSTET Examination are released, candidates will not be able to edit any details or information.

The board received online applications for the Bihar Special School Teacher Eligibility Test from 02 December to 22 December 2023. A total of 7279 Vacancies were announced by the officials. Out of these total vacancies, 5534 Posts are for Primary Teachers (Class I to V) and 1745 Posts are for Upper Primary Teachers (Class VI to VIII). Candidates must have a look at the details given below as we have added a paper pattern and examination scheme for the BSSTET Examination.
Bihar Special School Teacher Eligibility Test Schedule
The Board has released the BSSTET Examination Schedule. This exam will be held in February/ March 2024 at various examination venues across the state. More details about the time of the exam, the address of the exam center, and other instructions will be given on the BSSTET Admit Card.
BSSTET Paper Pattern and Examination Scheme
- The Board will conduct separate examinations for primary and upper primary levels.
- There will be an Offline OMR-Based Exam.
- The Exam will contain a total of 150 objective-type questions.
- Each question will carry one mark and there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
- Candidates will get 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the exam.

Applicants are advised to check these details very carefully. Each candidate must take a printout of the BSSTET Admit Card along with original identity proof and recent passport-size photographs while going to the examination hall. Without these documents, candidates will not be permitted to appear in the exam.
