Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has released an official notification for the recruitment of Trained Graduate Teachers and Drawing Teachers. With the release of Advertisement No. 02/2024, online applications are invited from eligible candidates through the official site of the board at dsssbonline.nic.in.
The Board announced a total of 5118 Vacancies for TGT & Drawing Teacher Posts. Candidates must check all the details given in the DSSSB TGT Teacher Vacancy Advertisement. Here we have also added the basic educational requirement for these posts.
- For Trained Graduate Teacher Posts: The applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Along with this qualification, a candidate should have passed the CTET Examination.
- For Drawing Teacher Posts: Those who have completed their Graduation in Drawing/ Painting/ Fine Arts from a recognized university along with two years full-time diploma in Painting/ Fine Arts from a recognized institute are eligible to apply. Or have a Master’s Degree in Drawing and Painting/ Fine Arts from any recognized institute.
Delhi Trained Graduate Teacher Age Limit
There are no criteria for a minimum age limit but the candidates must not exceed 32 years of age for male and 40 years for female applicants as of 08 March 2024 to be eligible for the DSSSB TGT Teacher Recruitment. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to the reserved categories as per the rules.
DSSSB TGT Teacher Vacancy Application Fee
The Candidates from SC/ ST/ PWBD Categories and Ex-servicemen and women candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee. All the male applicants from other categories will have to pay an application fee of ₹100/- to submit their application forms. This fee must be paid through SBI epay only. Another mode of payment should not be considered.

DSSSB TGT Teacher Posts Selection Process
The selection of the candidates is purely based on their performance in the Computer-Based Examination. The qualified applicants will further participate in the Document Verification and last, the board will publish a Final Merit List for the selected candidates.
