Gujarat Public Service Commission is initiating a recruitment for Deputy Section Officer (Nayab Mamlatdar) Posts to be filled in the Administrative Department under the state government. For the selection of deserving candidates for these vacancies, GPSC conducted a written examination on 15 October 2023.

With the release of Advertisement No. 42/2023-24, the commission announced that a total of 127 Vacant Posts will be filled for the position of Deputy Section Officer and Other Class 3 Jobs. A large number of candidates applied for these vacancies from 15 July to 31 July 2023 and the prelims exam was conducted successfully on 15 October 2023 in the following pattern as we have mentioned below.

GPSC DYSO Posts Exam Overview
- The commission conducted an MCQ-Based Objective-Type Paper.
- The Prelims carried a total of 200 marks.
- Candidates were given 120 minutes to complete the exam.
- This exam is only qualifying in nature and qualified candidates will participate in the Mains Examination.

Gujarat Mamlatdar Result Preparation Process
As we know, the answer key for the preliminary examination has been uploaded. The officials are working on the evaluation of answer sheets and awarding marks to the candidates as per their performance. Once the evaluation is completed, the commission will release the GPSC DYSO Result through the official webpage. Candidates have to download the result sheet and check their qualifying status through this list.
GPSC DYSO Cut-off Marks List
All the applicants have to secure marks equal to or more than these cut-off marks to be eligible for the next phase of the selection process. These cut-off marks are the minimum qualifying marks and depend on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the minimum marks scored by each candidate, and the number of vacancies to be filled.
