The Staff Selection Commission issued the notification for SSC Constable (GD) in November 2023. The notification has been published to fill up the 26146 vacancies of Constables in BSF, CRPF, CAPF, ITBP, NIA, SSF, and Assam Rifles.

At first, the candidates will be called for the written examination and after that, the shortlisted candidates will be called for the Physical Test.

The PMT or PST is the initial part of the Physical Test. It evaluates candidates’ height, chest (for males), and weight. The standards vary across different categories, as detailed below:
