Reserve Bank of India recently conducted a main examination for Assistant Posts. Many applicants appeared in the examination and are now looking for the RBI Assistant Result to be declared in the upcoming days. Officials are expected to release the result and cut-off marks list in January 2024.
The RBI Assistant Result will be published on the bank’s official web portal at www.rbi.org.in. We will update you as soon as the bank makes any announcement regarding the results and provide you a direct link to access the result once it is officially released. A merit list, including the roll number of qualified candidates, will be released, and applicants must check out their roll number on this list by themselves.

RBI released the official notification for 450 Vacancies of Assistants in the month of September 2023. Online applications were invited from eligible candidates and the registration process started on 13 September 2023, the last date to fill out and submit an application form was 04 October 2023. Many applicants appeared in the exam conducted on 18th & 19th November.

Assistant Prelims Exam Overview
RBI conducted the preliminary examination for Assistant Positions. A total of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions were asked in the exam. Each question carried one mark. There was a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer given. Candidates were given one hour to complete the exam.

RBI Assistant Result Preparation Process
The Bank Officials are working on evaluating the answers given by the candidates. Candidates will be awarded marks as per the solutions given in the RBI Assistant Answer Key to be released. Once this evaluation is done, the examination authority will decide on a minimum cut-off mark for the examination and shortlist the candidates based on their marks. RBI will publish a list consisting of roll numbers of the qualified candidates.
Reserve Bank Assistant Prelims Cut-off Marks
The Bank will release a category and zone-wise cut-off marks list along with the RBI Assistant Result 2023. These cut-off marks are the minimum qualifying marks for each category and zone. All applicants must secure marks equal to or more than these to get shortlisted for the main exam.
RBI Assistant Cut-off Marks will be decided by the examination authorities later. These cut-off marks depend on various factors such as the number of vacancies to be filled, the difficulty level of the exam, the minimum marks scored by the candidates, and other factors.
RBI Assistant Merit List
