Indian Institute of Technology Bombay is going to conduct the Common Entrance Examination For Design. The entrance test is scheduled to be conducted on 21 January 2024 in a single shift. The officials issued the CEED UCEED Admit Card 2024 two weeks before the examination date.

For the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED)-2024, the officials received online applications from 03 October 2023 to 20 November 2023. Previously, the registration process was scheduled from 03 October to 31 October 2023 but later the last date was extended three times and the final date for the application process was 20 November 2023.
UCEED CEED 2024 Examination Schedule
Both the entrance examination for undergraduate & graduate applicants is scheduled to be conducted on 21 January 2024 in a single shift from 09 am to 12 pm. The candidates will find the details about the examination venue on the CEED UCEED Admit Card.
UCEED Paper Pattern & Exam Scheme
The examination will consist of two papers i.e. Paper A & Paper B. Candidates must attempt questions from both papers. The final score will be calculated by giving 25% weightage to marks obtained in Part A and 75% weightage to marks obtained in Part B.
- The examination authority will conduct a computer-based test.
- The questions will be available in English only.
- The exam will carry a total of 300 marks.
- The time duration of the exam will be 3 hours.
- Part A will include only multiple-choice objective-type questions.
- Questions of Part B will be available on a computer screen but the candidates have to write the answers on the booklet provided by the invigilator.

Part B consists of questions that are aimed at testing design, drawing and writing skills. For the CEED examination, the number of questions will be 5 and for UCEED, only 2 questions will be asked.
CEED UCEED Admit Card Details
Applicants are advised to download the CEED UCEED Admit Card well in advance before the examination date and verify the details mentioned on it. Candidates should verify their name, date of birth, roll number, gender, category, signature, passport-size photographs and all personal details very carefully.
Candidates must also read out the instructions given in the call letter and check the location of the exam centre before the examination date. It is mandatory for each applicant to take this admit card along with original identity proof and recent passport-size photographs.
