Indian Coast Guard Navik GD Recruitment Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have completed their intermediate studies (Class 12) with Physics and Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized board of education in India to be eligible for the ICG CGEPT 02/2024 Exam.
ICG CGEPT 02/ 2024 Intake Age Limit
The age of the applicants should be between 18 years to 22 years. It means candidates should be born between 01 September 2002 to 31 August 2006 (both dates inclusive) to apply for Navik GD Posts. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to the reserved categories (SC/ ST/ OBC) as per the rules.
ICG Navik Genera Duty Posts Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an examination fee of ₹300/- through an online mode of payment to submit their application forms. The e-admit card will be issued only to those candidates who have successfully paid the examination fee. The applicants who belong to SC/ ST Categories are exempted from the payment of fees.

ICG Navik General Duty Posts Selection Process
The selection of the candidates is based on the All India Order of Merit based on their performance in the following stages.
- Stage I (Computer Based Examination)
- Stage II (Assessment/ Adaptability Test, Physical Fitness Test, Document Verification, Medical Examination)
- Stage III (Final Merit List)
Applicants must qualify in all of the above stages to get final selection through the ICG CGEPT 02/ 2024 Intake. In the first stage, an online examination will be organized and further, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the stage II tests. A final merit list will be prepared by the officials for the final selected candidates.
