Through the Post Department Recruitment 2023, the officials will hire a total of 1899 deserving candidates for the mentioned posts. Educational Qualification Details For DOP Recruitment
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Also, the applicants must have basic knowledge of working on computers.
An applicant must have completed the 10th class or its equivalent certificate from a recognized board of education in India.
To apply for these posts, a candidate should possess the following qualifications and eligibility.
- An applicant must have passed the 12th class examination from a recognized board.
- Candidate should have passed the local language examination of the concerned Postal Circle or Division at the 10th standard level.
- Applicants who want to apply for Postman must have a valid driving license for two-wheeler and light motor vehicles.
Post Department Vacancies Age Limit
The age of the candidate to apply for all posts mentioned in Department of Posts Notice No. W-17/55/2022-SPN-I should not be less than 18 years and not more than 27 years. Only for MTS Vacancies, the age limit must be between 18 years to 25 years. The candidate must lie within these age limits on the last date of the online application process i.e. 09 December 2023.
DOP Sports Person Recruitment Application Fee
The candidates belonging to unreserved categories have to pay ₹100/- as a registration fee to apply for these vacancies. This examination fee must be paid through an online mode of payment only. All the women candidates, transgender, and applicants from SC, ST, EWS, and PwBD are exempted from the payment of the fee.
