NALCO Recruitment Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the respective disciplines or an M.Sc. in Chemistry or AIC from government-recognized Universities/Institutions, UGC recognized Universities and Institutes, UGC recognized Indian deemed Universities, or AICTE-approved courses from autonomous institutes/concerned statutory council (where applicable).

The minimum marks required for UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) candidates are not less than 65% aggregate and for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, not less than 55% aggregate. Candidates in their final year of Engineering or Post Graduation (for the Chemistry discipline) are eligible to apply, subject to securing the requisite percentage of marks before or during the personal interview.

Age Limits

The upper age limit of applicants should not be more than 30 years as of 02 April 2024.

NALCO Graduate Engineer Trainee Recruitment Selection Process

The selection of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) by NALCO will be based on the scores obtained in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023. Candidates must have a valid GATE 2023 score to be eligible for the recruitment process.
