Staff Selection Commission conducted the online Computer-Based Examination for the recruitment of deserving candidates for the position of Constable (General Duty) in Paramilitary Forces (BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, NIA, SSF, and Assam Rifles). The Staff Selection Commission aims to fill a total of 26,146 Vacancies through this recruitment drive. A huge number of applications were received online from all over India from 01 December 2023 to 31 December 2023. After receiving the applications, the commission issued admit cards to the eligible applicants and organized the exam on the scheduled date and time.
GD Constable Online Exam Overview
A Computer-Based Test was conducted by the commission. The SSC GD Exam included a total of 80 objective-type questions only. Each question carried 02 marks and there was a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates were given a total of 60 minutes to solve all the questions. Applicants are required to qualify for this examination to be eligible for further recruitment phases.
