EMRS Result 2024 Declared for Teaching and Non-Teaching Posts at emrs.gov.in

The Eklavya Model Residential Schools has announced the EMRS Teaching and Non-teaching Posts Result 2023. Many applicants appeared in the written examination conducted by the department and now looking forward to checking their results. Candidates can check the EMRS Schools Staff Selection Exam (ESSE)-2023 Result through the official web portal at emrs.tribal.gov.in.

The examination for various posts of Principal, PGT, Hostel Warden, and Junior Secretariat Assistant was held on 16, 17, and 23 December 2023. The TGT (Misc. Teachers) examination was scheduled on 24 December 2023 but was cancelled due to some disturbance at the exam centre. Again, the exam was conducted on 31 December 2023. Further, the officials have shortlisted the candidates based on their marks in the EMRS ESSE-2023 Examination.

The Organization published an official notification for 10,000+ vacancies. Online applications were invited from eligible candidates. Applicants submitted their application forms up to 19 October 2023. After completing the application process, the officials issued admit cards to the eligible candidates and conducted separate examinations in multiple shifts for various teaching and non-teaching posts.

EMRS Staff Selection Examination Overview

An offline OMR-Based test was organised for teaching vacancies, including the Principal, TGT, and PGT Posts. A total of 150 objective-type questions were asked in the examination. Each question had one mark and a negative mark of 0.25 for each wrong answer. Applicants were given 3 hours to complete the examination.

For non-teaching posts, the officials conducted an offline written test. Also, the questions were available in MCQ Format. There were 130 questions in the exam, and the total duration was 2 hours and 30 minutes only. Each question carried one mark and a negative mark of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer given by the candidate.

EMRS Result Preparation Process

The officials are working on evaluating the answer sheets the candidates provided. Once each candidate is evaluated, the department will decide the minimum cut-off marks for different categories and then shortlist the candidates based on their marks. Then, the EMRS Result 2024 will be declared on the organization’s official website.

EMRS Teaching & Non-teaching Posts Cut-off Marks List

It seems that the EMRS ESSE-2023 Exam Cut-off Marks will exceed the previous year’s cut-off marks. The officials will release a category-wise cut-off marks list and the Final EMRS Result 2024. These are the minimum qualifying marks an applicant needs for the examination. The cut-off marks depend on various factors such as the number of participants in the examination, the complexity of the exam, and the number of vacancies to be filled. The candidates must know that the language competency test is qualifying in nature. Candidates must score 40% in this section (Minimum 12 out of 30 marks dedicated to this section) to qualify for it. If the applicants fail to secure these minimum marks in this section, the rest of the paper will not be evaluated.

The officials have published separate merit lists for various posts on the departmental’s website. EMRS Merit List only includes the shortlisted candidates’ names and roll numbers.
