Coal Field Assistant Foreman Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through various recruitment phases. The NCL Assistant Foreman Recruitment Process consists of various selection stages as given below.

The selection is purely based on the candidate’s performance in the computer-based test. The computer-based test will be of 100 marks for 90 minutes duration comprising two sections i.e. Section A will consist of technical knowledge with 70 MCQs and Section B will consist of General Knowledge, General Awareness, Reasoning, Verbal and Mental Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude with 30 MCQs. Each question will carry one mark and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
