National Testing Agency is going to conduct the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination for admission to Class VI and Class IX in 33 Sanik Schools across the country, for the academic year 2024-25. The examination is scheduled to be held on 28 January 2024. NTA released the AISSEE Admit Card a few days before the examination date through its official webpage at exams.nta.ac.in

Sainik Schools are English Medium residential schools affiliated with CBSE. They prepare cadets to join the National Defence Academy, Indian Naval Academy, and other training academies for officers. For AISSEE 2024, the officials received the online applications from 07 November to 20 December 2023. The Agency will soon conduct the examination on the scheduled date and time.

Sainik School Entrance Examination Schedule

The All India Sainik School Entrance Examination is scheduled to be conducted on 28 January 2024. The exam will be completed in a single shift. The timing of the exam for admission to Class 6th is 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm and for Class 9th is 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. All remaining information will be provided to the candidates through the AISSEE Admit Card.

AISSEE Paper Pattern & Exam Scheme

• NTA will conduct an OMR-Based Offline Exam for admission to both Class VI & IX.
• Only multiple-choice questions will be asked in the exam.
• The duration of the exam for the 6th standard is 150 minutes.
• The duration of the exam for 9th standard is 180 minutes.
• There is no negative marking for incorrect answers given by the candidates.

Sainik School Admit Card Details

AISSEE Admit Card is hosted on the official website of the NTA approximately a week prior to the examination date. The candidates have to download their admit card from the same webpage using their application number and date of birth. It is mandatory for each applicant to carry a hard copy of this call letter along with the original identity proof and recent passport-size photographs. Without these essentials, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination. The applicants are also advised to check the following details before the date of the exam.
