The Board received a huge number of applications from 11 September to 13 October 2023 for Odisha Lecturer Recruitment. Also, a large number of applicants appeared in the examination conducted on 03 December 2023. The Board will fill a total of 1065 vacant posts through this recruitment drive. The final selected candidates will be appointed as Lecturers in Non-Aided Government Colleges of Odisha.

The Board organized an Offline OMR-Based Examination to select the deserving candidates. The examination consisted of 100 multiple-choice questions only. Each question carried 1.5 marks and there was a negative marking of 0.5 marks for each wrong answer given. Questions were asked on the specific subjects the candidates have applied for. Applicants were given 2 hours to complete the exam.

As the examination has been completed on the scheduled time. The candidates have submitted their OMR sheets. The Board is evaluating these answer sheets.
