The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Secondary Grade Teacher. The Recruitment Board is going to fill up the 1768 vacancies through TN TRB Secondary Grade Teacher Recruitment. The recruitment aims to fill the positions of Teachers for various subjects.

Tamil Nadu TRB Recruitment Educational Qualification
The candidates must have completed the Higher Secondary or Graduation with D.El.Ed, D.Ed, B.El.Ed or Degree & TNTET to apply for this recruitment.
TN Secondary Teacher Vacancy Age Limit
The upper age limit for General Categories should not be more than 53 years and for SC/ST/Backward Class Muslims, Backward Classes, MBC/DNC and DW of all castes, the age should not be more than 58 years. The age of candidates must be calculated as of 01 July 2024.
TN TRB Secondary Grade Teacher Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done based on three phases given below.
- Compulsory Tamil Language Eligibility Test
- Written Examination
- Certificate Verification
In the very first phase of selection, the Recruitment Board will conduct the Langauge Test and then the written examination will be organized. After the completion of the written examination, the qualified candidates will be called for certificate verification.
TN TRB Teacher Vacancy Registration Fee
The candidates belonging to SC/ SCA/ ST & PWD Categories should have to pay ₹300/- as a registration fee while all other candidates have to pay a registration fee of ₹600/- to submit their applications for TN TRB Secondary Grade Teacher Recruitment. The application fee can be paid online.
