AWES OST Result 2023 Declared, Online Screening Test Score Card

Army Welfare Education Society has issued a recruitment notification for various vacancies of teachers at the TGT, PGT, and PRT Levels. To select deserving candidates for these posts, AWES conducted an Online Screening Test. A large number of applicants appeared in the examination held on 25 November and 26 November 2023. AWES OST Result is declared now through the official portal.

For PGT, TGT, and PRT Vacancies, the department published an official notification in the month of July 2023. The online application process takes place between 20 July to 25 October 2023. Through this recruitment drive, AWES will fill a total of 8700 vacancies. The selected candidates will be appointed in Army Public Schools as teachers at the levels they have applied for.

AWES OST Exam Overview

• An Online Screening Test was organized by the Army Welfare Education Society.
• A total of 200 objective-type questions were asked in the exam.
• Each question carried one mark.
• There was also a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
• Applicants were given 3 hours to complete the exam.
• The level of the questions asked was different for different categories.

Online Screening Test Result Preparation Process

The Officials have organized a computer-based online test as OST. It is mentioned in the official notification that the scorecard will be available after 21 days from the date of the Online Screening Test but the department has delayed the result this time and declared it after 35 days. It can be downloaded from www.awesindia.com

The scorecard will be available on the site for a period of 30 days only. Once the final scorecard is removed from the site, it can be obtained on a special request and on payment of a specific administration charge of Rs.100/- only.

AWES TGT PGT PRT Cut-off Marks List

Along with the AWES OST Result, the officials will also release a category-wise cut-off marks list. The applicants have to secure marks equal to or more than these minimum qualifying marks to be decided by the examination authorities later. AWES Teachers Merit List

It is expected that the AWES will release the final scorecards of the candidates in the third week of December 2023. After releasing the scorecards, the officials will decide the minimum cut-off marks for each category and shortlist the candidates on the basis of marks they have scored in the Online Screening Test. Then the officials will release the AWES PGT TGT PRT Merit List including the names and roll numbers of shortlisted candidates.
