Each applicant needs to qualify for this eligibility test to apply for the Teacher Posts to be filled in the future. The online application process for the CTET Jan-2024 Examination started on 03 November 2023. Previously, the last date for submitting the application forms was 23 November but later this date was extended to 01 December 2023. As the examination has been conducted successfully, the board will soon release the CTET Answer Key.
Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 Exam Overview
Two separate examinations were scheduled by the officials for Primary (Classes I to V) and Upper Primary Level (Classes VI to VIII). Both examinations included only objective-type questions. A total of 150 questions were asked for a total of 150 marks. There was no negative marking for wrong answers. Applicants were given 2 hours and 30 minutes to solve all the questions.
CTET Answer Key and Objection Submission Link
The Board will publish the CTET Answer Key in two phases. In the first, a provisional answer key will be released. Candidates can check the exam solutions given in this key and even raise their objections against the answers, if any. The objection submission link will be available for a short time only. Applicants are advised to download and check the CTET Exam Solutions as soon as released by the officials.
An objection fee will be charged to the candidates who want to challenge the answers given in the key. This fee is refundable if the doubt of the applicant is found to be valid and correct. After completing this process, a final answer key will be prepared and released on the official site. The results will be prepared as per the solutions given in this key. No objections will be received once the CTET Final Answer Key is released.
CTET Jan- 2024 Answer Key Details & Availability
CTET Answer Key will be published on the official site at ctet.nic.in only. It is expected that the board will release the answer key in January 2024. Through this answer key, candidates can analyze their marks. As the minimum qualifying marks are 60% (90 out of 150), so the candidates need to score marks equal to or more than these marks to qualify for the examination.
