Ministry of Home Affairs has organized the Tier I Examination for shortlisting the candidates for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (Grade II)/Executive Posts in the Intelligence Bureau. A large number of applicants appeared in the examination at various exam centers all over the country. The IB ACIO Tier I Examination was held on 17-18 January 2024.

Through this recruitment drive a total of 995 Vacant Posts will be filled in the department. A large number of candidates applied for the IB ACIO Vacancies from 25 November to 15 December 2023. The commission issued admit cards to the eligible applicants and conducted the exam successfully on 17-18 January 2024. In the Intelligence Bureau’s ACIO Tier I Examination, a total of 100 objective-type questions were asked. Each right question will give you one mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates were given only one hour to solve all the questions given in the exam.
