The Haryana Civil Services Notification was released in November 2023. The online application process for HPSC HCS Vacancies started on 01 December 2023 and concluded on 21 December 2023. Haryana Civil Services Prelims Exam Overview
The Commission organized an offline test on 11 February 2024. The exam consisted of two papers i.e. Paper I for General Studies and Paper II for Civil Service Aptitude Test. Only objective-type questions were asked in the exam. The duration of each paper was 2 hours, and each carried 100 marks. There was a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
