The online application forms were received for the WBMSC TET/ SLST Examination up to 12 June 2023. Further, the commission issued admit cards to the eligible applicants. The exam was successfully organized on 28 January 2024. The officials are preparing to declare the West Bengal State Level Selection Test Result.

An offline OMR-Based Test was organized by the commission. Only multiple-choice questions were asked in the exam. Each question carried one mark and there was a negative marking for wrong answers given by the candidate. A total of 150 questions were asked in the exam. The qualified candidates will be shortlisted for the main examination.
WBMSC SLST/ TET Result Preparation Process
The officials will first release the answer key for the West Bengal State Level Selection Test. The candidates have submitted their answer sheets to the invigilators. The Examination Authority will evaluate these sheets one by one as per the solutions given in the key. Based on marks scored in the exam, applicants will be shortlisted and a merit list will be published with the WBMSC TET Result on the official site.
West Bengal TET Qualifying Marks
The applicants will have to score marks equal to or more than the minimum qualifying marks as decided by the commission. The qualifying mark for the West Bengal State Level Selection Test is 60% and those who get marks more than this criteria will be called for the Main Examination.
The Commission will soon release the WBMSC TET Result and candidates can check their qualifying status. The Qualified candidates will have to appear in the Main Exam to be conducted for a total of 90 Marks. The WBMSC TET Main Exam is scheduled to be held on 03 March 2024.
